When I wake up, he runs away.

Just an FYI, I’m still out.

  1. My cat does exactly the same... And then lays aside and sleeps, while I'm already awake and can not sleep anymore...

    1. Zuzu does that, too, but then he only stays there for about three minutes before running off, and then having to repeat the process many times throughout the night.

  4. My cat does this cuz she wants me to wake up to cuddle and kiss her. Sometimes I'll be sleeping and just feel a claw hooking my lip. (painful)

  5. Yes! Zorro does this until you let him under the covers. Then he sits there for about 45 seconds, eyes wide, before bolting back out and on top of the covers again. Cats!

  15. My cats do this because they have obsessive personalities and we always get up at 6:30 so therefore we always have to get up at 6:30, even on the weekend.

I just came across your blog. In simple drawings you capture the essence of Cat. And Man's reaction to Cat. I love it.

  19. My cat loves to come sit on our chests in the morning and stare at us. This makes us pet her and get us up faster to feed her. haha

  20. Unlike the alarm clock, the kitty has no snooze button.

  21. Tommy does similar in the mornings, except i wake up to his cold nose rubbing against my cheek, other times i wake up and his face is less than an inch away from mine and he spooks me lol. He does this to me mostly than my boyfriend(it's his cat) and he will keep doing it until he gets some love.
