  4. Hahahhaah "soul sucking eyes." This goes well with your "crazy cat lady" comic...

  5. My cat will do this and if you just call her by her name she will bolt out of the room and then run through the whole house!

  6. My wife sends me here now and then because we have two cats and we find this blog hilarious. :)

The tail is the only thing my big orange cat is missing when he's on crazy mode. Puffy tail is reserved for "totally freaked out".

  7. Ha! We call those eyes "scooty eyes," because they usually come with him skittering around all crazy-like. His alter-ego when he's crazed is the Baron Batsh*t von Crazypants. The Baron shows up often, it seems...

    1. Yes! Mine does the same! It sounds like she's saying huuuuuuummmm and then continues to dart around the apartment doing matrix like moves. Running up the walls, flips, and such.

  11. Lol, I always call it "crazy kitty mode." It's accompanied by my cat saying "MRRR? MRRRREOW! BRRRRM!" and dashing around like she's being chased.

  17. Actually, you should not try to cuddle them when they are in crazy mode, unfortunately, I learn it with a horrible scarf in my right arm =/

  23. My Odiseo plays with me like that! Sometimes I believe that he thinks I'm a cat like him, or something like that. Don't know. He stays in that position looking at me, waiting at me. And then he starts to run and when he arrives to another place he looks at me again waiting for me to run after him. ^_^ . He is so sweet!!!

  24. I almost forgot. His alter ego name is Night Fury, like the film of the dragons! He really looks like Toothless, black and with that sweet and crazy look! (L)

  29. We call this "Crazy Face". Her tail doesn't puff though. She only does that when she's super freaked out.

Also, she made this face so much, we named her Crazy. Haha

  30. My little red cat Duveltje ( means little devil) frequently displays this behaviour my wife and I say "hij heeft dolletjes"(means he's having an episode) I don't see him right now I suppose he's gone to bed two of my other kittehs are with me though Wiebel (means sway so called because he often has difficulty making up his mind) and Genghis (named after Genghis Khan, because of his regal "owner of all I survey" bearing).

  31. OMG I'm crying. This is hysterical because it's just so darn true!!

  32. In my house, we call that 'freaking'. As in:
*sound of cat dashing madly through the house* "Sounds like someone's freaking."
*cat dashes halfway up kitty condo and clings there, looking around wildly* "Oliver! Are you freaking? (D'AWW X3 )"
Oliver, our 'old man' doesn't do it as much as he used to, but, every now and again...
