Did you read through the comments? It's pretty amusing. Cats' favorite toys aren't really cat toys. Hair accessories, milk carton twisties, your face, socks, cardboard boxes, live critters…

My cats' favorite "toys" are boxes, lasers and my shoes. They like to toss random little things in my shoes and pull them out.

    It's always nice isn't it to go to put on a shoe and find a random furry mouse in the bottom of it lol mine have done that many times!

    Ha ha! This is exactly who I am. I'd rather spend a night at home entertaining my cats than hanging out with friends in a club.

    Also, forgot to mention my cat Finn's other favourite toys - Christmas bows, straws, bottle caps, and the little plastic ring that seals margarine containers. She LOVES those!

    Same here!! And btw I wanted to say that my kitty's fave toys are beer caps or any type of cap, plastic flowers and reusable grocery bags. :)

    My cat loves makeup brushes. No joke. He has actually learnt how to unzip my makeup bag and nick the brushes right out of it. I gave up and started buying him his own. I often climb into bed and find two or three makeup brushes in the blankets. My cat is so freaking weird.

    My cat only plays from 1-3 in the morning and when I am trying to get to sleep. What's best is she sleeps on my nose! Silly kitties...

    kitty chases the USB stick to my laptop, i always find it under the couch. and as above, if i do go out, i'm still thinking of kitty!

    Yep that's about right!! I've been up for a few hours playing and snuggling with them, they are both about tired out so I can go back to bed...nothing like living on cat-time. :-)

    My kitty isn't guilty of tossing things in my shoes so much as she is tossing them in her water bowl and pulling them out...or tipping over the bowl...she will grab the edge with her teeth and pull it over.
    Fun Fact: Purple fuzzy mice soaked in water overnight make purple water.

    Oh and for some reason my cat used to love old pepsi cartons, she'd get in there and just stick her head out, not exactly a toy but very amusing to me.

    haha doing this now, even though my friends offered to come to my place for drinks. instead i made a bucket of canned catfood/chicken broth/hot water and am about to cuddle with them-and the dog- to beetlejuice. usual saturday night i guess.
