    That's just like what my old (18 in November!) boy Murphy & his late brother Junie used to do; they would toss the poor mousie (or lizard) back and forth higher and higher in the air. We liked to call it the Highland Mouse Fling!!

    ConCATulations to the very lucky winners (of whom I wish I was one *sigh*)! And LOVE this installment -- so cute and so true. I've found some very interesting "provisions" brought in by my mighty hunters from the catio when we lived in the desert. Now, in the city with no catio, not so much.

    oooh, I HATE when they do that. Chew on spider, spit out spider, wait for spider to find some more will o live, chew on it again, spit out again, wait for me to find wet, all- legged bundle and lose the will to live. Ace. Bleh. Very happy for the winners of the giveaway, they'll get something so special and amazing Picasso ought to hide away in shame. If I wasn't so determined to not choke on my envy... *cough* good on you, guys, make sure you show off your prize as I am curious to see what you look like as crazy cat people!

    We no longer have a mouse issue, but when we did my cat killed one just like this comic. I noticed it and took it away from her and threw the mouse away. The second mouse she killed, my cat, Cookie, pulled my jacket over it and looked at me. I noticed her just as the jacket fell! Lifted the jacket and my cat took the dead mouse in her mouth and proceeded to run with it. I had to chase her around my place with a mouse in her mouth. Whole time I'm thinking "no one will believe this", thanks to your site/comics, I have a place that understands this well. thanks

    My cat always gets upset when her 'friend' dies, she throws it back in the air to try and get it to play with her again. Not so fun when the flying mouse lands on me though!

    Ours definitely eat what they kill. Unfortunately, one of them does not limit that to critters.
